This spacious 1,350 sq. ft. cabin is tucked inside the Cabins of Birch Hollow community, deep in the Daniel Boone National Forest, and thoughtfully decorated with horse lovers in mind. With a private hot tub, gas fireplace, steam shower, wraparound deck, firepit, and access to 300+ acres of private property with developed hiking trails, ManeStay is made for families, friends, couples, and anyone in need of a mountain getaway.

Located just about 10 minutes from the iconic Nada Tunnel, this cabin gives you the quiet wooded escape guests love while keeping Red River Gorge adventures within easy reach.

🍳 Kitchen + Amenities 🍳

The fully equipped kitchen includes a standard coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, 4-burner electric cooktop, cookware, dinnerware, and everyday kitchen essentials.

Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with starter essentials to help you get settled in. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, and a sponge.

Firewood and charcoal are not provided. We recommend purchasing both locally for convenience and to help prevent the spread of invasive species.

Guests also have access to 300+ acres of private property with developed hiking trails within the Birch Hollow community.

🐾 Pet Policy 🐾

ManeStay is dog-friendly, so your adventure buddies can come along! Dogs are permitted with a $100 pet fee. Dogs only, maximum of 2 allowed. Dogs must be crated whenever left unattended inside the cabin. Please disclose pets during booking so the pet fee can be added. Failure to disclose a dog may result in an unauthorized pet fee.

🚗 Parking + Access 🚗

ManeStay is located in a remote, wooded mountain area and is accessed by a gravel mountain road. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended.

Parking is limited to 6 vehicles maximum. Additional vehicles must park at a nearby park-and-ride, and guests will need to carpool to the cabin. Trailers are prohibited.

Camera surveillance is present within the Birch Hollow community for safety and property security.

Camera locations include:
• Brookside: two cameras on a yard pole monitoring incoming/outgoing traffic and one camera on the porch
• Sundance: one camera mounted on the left side of the porch facing the driveway/barn

Cameras do not monitor private interior spaces.

Minimum booking age: 18.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved and may result in additional fees.
No smoking inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted outside only.
No events, parties, or large gatherings.
Additional fees and taxes may apply.

🚫 Cancellations 🚫

A $50 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday bookings are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided due to inclement weather.
Trip insurance is available during booking for added protection.

For cancellations that qualify for a full or 50% refund, guests may choose to reschedule to alternative available dates instead of receiving a monetary refund. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and current rates.
