Beech Timber is an off-grid experience. There is no electricity, no running water, no A/C, and no heat.

A small solar setup is available with one outlet for charging small devices or personal light sources, but guests should come prepared with battery packs, flashlights, lanterns, and any other supplies needed for a rustic stay.

This cabin is located in a heavily wooded area. Routine pest control is in place, but guests should expect to see bugs, wildlife, and other natural visitors.

🍳 Outdoor Kitchen + Supplies 🍳

The minimalist outdoor kitchen includes a propane stove, sink setup with two 5 lb. water jugs, and space to prepare simple meals outdoors.

Starter essentials include toilet paper, paper towels, biodegradable dish soap, trash bags, and a sponge.

Guests must provide their own charcoal and firewood. We recommend purchasing both locally for convenience and to help prevent the spread of invasive species.

Please bring your own drinking water, towels, food, coolers, flashlights, and any additional camping supplies needed for your stay.

🚿 Bathroom + Shower Setup 🚿

Beech Timber has one outdoor privy and one outdoor shower.

The outdoor shower is a rainwater system only. Water for the shower is not supplied, so guests are welcome to bring additional water if they plan to use it.

Please bring biodegradable soap if you plan to use the shower or nearby creek.

Beech Timber is pet-friendly with no additional pet fees. We do ask that you still disclose pets at booking. Pets should be supervised at all times, especially in the wooded outdoor areas.

Beech Timber is generally accessible under normal weather conditions. 4WD or AWD is recommended during inclement weather. Trailers are prohibited.
