The central pavilion includes an outdoor kitchen setup for preparing meals and gathering together during your stay.

Each A-frame cabin includes helpful comforts such as heating, A/C, a mini fridge, and a coffeemaker.

Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with starter essentials to help you get settled in. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, trash bags, and a fresh sponge.

Firewood and charcoal are not provided. We recommend purchasing both locally for convenience and to help prevent the spread of invasive species.

A-Frames Under the Canopy is dog-friendly, so your adventure buddy can come along. We do have a $100 pet fee for this retreat. Pets must be disclosed during booking so to ensure pet fee is added.

Pets must be supervised, crated if left unattended, and cleaned up after.

🚗 Parking + Access 🚗

Guests should review arrival instructions carefully before heading to the property. This is a wooded Red River Gorge setting, so road and parking conditions may vary by weather.

4WD or AWD may be recommended during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other inclement conditions. Trailers are not recommended unless approved prior to arrival.

No smoking inside cabins or interior pavilion areas.
This retreat is made for group getaways, celebrations, and memory-making within the approved guest count. Events, parties, or additional visitors beyond your reservation must be approved in advance.
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved and may result in additional charges.

🚫 Cancellations 🚫

A $50 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday bookings are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided due to inclement weather.
Trip insurance is available during booking for added protection.
